Ani is located in Kars in Eastern Anatolia Region. The first settlement in the ruins of Ani BC Chalcolithic Age, begins in 5000-3000. In 1534 AD, the Ottoman Empire participated. Separate the motherland invaded by the Russians in 1878 and remained for 40 years. The Russians were taken back in 1921 during the War of Independence.
